Η Milis Nurseries εξειδικεύεται στην παραγωγή και στο εμπόριο οπωροφόρων φυτών και καρποφόρων φυτών. Μέσα στην δεκαετία του 60, ο Konstantinos Milis, δίνοντας ιδιαίτερη προσοχή στις ανάγκες των ελληνικών δέντρων για υγιεινό αναπαραγωγικό υλικό, χρησιμοποιεί τις παλιές γνωστές πρακτικές της περιοχής και, σε συνεργασία με γεωπόνους, ξεκινά την δημιουργία του πρώτου οπωροπευτικού φυτωρίου (ροδάκινα, κεράσια, βερίκοκα, δαμάσκηνα, μήλα, αχλάδια, αμύγδαλα, καρύδια κ.λπ.).Μερικά χρόνια αργότερα, ο γιος τους και τωρινός ιδιοκτήτης, Vassilios Milis, αναλαμβάνει την διοίκηση της επιχείρισης και εμπλουτίζει την ποικιλία των προσφερόμενων ειδών, θεμάτων και ποικιλιών. Σε συνεργασία με εγχώρια και ευρωπαϊκά ινστιτούτα και πανεπιστήμια, αναπτύξαμε δέντρα ικανά να ικανοποιήσουν την αυξανόμενη ζήτηση των παραγωγών ενώ φροντίζουμε για την τήρηση των υψηλών προτύπων ποιότητας για τα οπωροφόρα μας δέντρα.Ταυτόχρονα, επενδύσαμε στους ανθρώπινους πόρους με αγρονόμους στοχεύοντας την υπηρεσία μετά την πώληση. Σε συνεργασία με τον αγρότη, παρέχοντας γνώσεις σε θέματα καλλιέργειας όποτε χρειάζεται (προστασία φυτών, λίπανση, αναπαραγωγή κ.λπ) σεβόμενοι τις σύγχρονες παγκόσμιες τάσεις. Επειδή η επιχείρηση είναι ευρέως γνωστή στην ευρωπαϊκή αγορά, λαμβάνει αυξανόμενο όγκο πληροφοριών και νέες ποικιλίες. Πολυετή πείρα και συνεχή έρευνα μας έδωσαν την δυνατότητα να υιοθετήσουμε νέες τεχνολογίες, συμμετέχοντας συνεπώς σε μεγαλύτερα έργα, ακόμα και στο εξωτερικό, και συμμετέχουμε σε όλα τα στάδια από την φύτευση μέχρι την αποκομιδή.
